Let’s keep it fair, efficient, and enjoyable for everyone.

✅ Core Rules – For the Latest Moon and Glistening Moons

  1. Look before you laser.
Don’t mine someone else’s rock. If it happens, expect a polite reminder—mistakes happen, be kind.
  2. Ship Limit: 5 mining ships per person, plus one booster mining with drones.
If your booster is just helping your own fleet, it counts as one of your five.
  3. Rock Limit: 2 rocks per ship, up to 6 rocks total per person.
You’re free to cross mine within your limit.
  4. Give others room to mine.
Try to keep ~30km between yourself and nearby miners to reduce crowding.
  5. Keep your ships grouped together.
It allows more players to find space, keeps the field cleaner and makes fleet ownership clear.
  6. Join the fleet when mining.
Being in fleet ensures you benefit from boosts, stay coordinated, and helps us all work as a team.
  7. Use Low Wastage Mining Equipment
T1, T2 Strip miners with A Crystals or ORE Strip miners (when not being ganked). Everyone benefits from more ore when we’re mining smart.

☾ Core Rules – For older Moons

  1. The Definition of an Old Moon
Any moon ore field that still exists when the next scheduled new moon belt appears.
  2. Rules are relaxed
to encourage old moon to be emptied.
  3. The Core Rules apply with the following modifications
    • Rule 2 is redacted. You may mine with as many ships as you wish.
    • Rule 3 is redacted. You can mine as many rocks as you with.
    • Rule 5 is redacted. You can place your ships anywhere.
    • Rule 7 is redacted. You can use any crystal or miners you wish (when not being ganked)

🤝 Etiquette & Good Practice

These aren’t hard rules, but following them helps keep things smooth for the whole corp.

  1. If you’re running 4 or more ships, don’t just cherry-pick high-value rocks.
Grab some of the lower-value stuff too—it leaves more good ore for others joining the belt late.
  2. Try to finish what you start.
If you start mining a rock, aim to finish it.
  3. Be thoughtful around downtime.
Avoid warping off just before downtime to grab a better spot when the server comes back up.
  4. Respect salvage and wreck ownership.
If someone killed it, it’s theirs. If wrecks sit untouched for 10–15 minutes, they’re fair game—but don’t send drones after salvage someone is actively collecting
True Sansha spawns and ore haulers belong to their killers.
  5. Use MTUs responsibly.
They’re handy, but don’t leave them AFK on the field where they cause issues. If left unattended and they’re in the way, they may be removed and reimbursed. A tractor beam on your ship is often the better choice.
  6. Do not engage with hostiles and gankers in local
This only encourages them to stay for longer
  7. Boost others from your fleet if you can — one central booster allowed.
It is expected that anyone who can boost should work together to ensure the entire belt is covered.
Most pilots should boost from their own fleet group. Usually this will be enough, however we allow a single central booster to cover the entire field.
This should be the best-qualified booster to support everyone—ideally someone with full-range “big four” boosts (Shield + Shield + Mining Range + Mining Cycle Time). They can position centrally, away from their own barges.
  8. Ore Logistics
If you do not have an orca or equivalent, Miners are allowed to bring haulers or other transport ships to the belt to collect their ore or, so long as they are sufficiently tanked, leave them in their fleet stack to deposit mined ore.
  9. Rock Tagging is encouraged
Miners are encouraged to tag rocks they are moving to, or are returning to, however this should not be used to reserve future rocks. If a tagged rock is not mined within 5 minutes, it is considered free for anyone else to mine.

⚠️ During Times of Duress

When we’re at war or facing ganker threats, we reserve the right to temporarily tighten things up for everyone’s safety. Unfortunately, it’s not each individual pilots risk, any expensive loss effects everyone.

  • Tanky fits may be required.
You might be asked to swap to defensive fits to make everyone less appealing as targets.
We understand that not everyone has the skills, we can work with people individually to reduce  risk
  • High-value modules may be restricted.
This includes things like ORE Strip Miners—removing them helps reduce risk.
  • Stay together and alert.
Operating in fleets and sharing intel makes us safer and more resilient.

These measures are transient and only used when necessary. Once the situation improves, things will return to normal. For more information on Tank fits, please see the relevant section on our website.
